INGREDIENTS:
- one medium sized onion chopped.......... round about 32 calories
- one medium sized tomato chopped........round about 35 calories
- one medium sized cucumber chopped ....round about 8 calories

- salt to taste .................................................zero calories
- red chili powder one pinch
