how to make a cute money box for free

cute isn't it and you can make it for free ...... the idea poped into my mind when one day both of my daughters picked up small tins of Pringles chips! the tin was so cute with soft transparent lid that i just didn't want to through it away and then a few days later i decided to make a money box with one of them and a jewelery box from the other ..... oooops ... :) any way now the secret is out ! just wait for a while and very soon you will see the jewelery box too along with the tutorial .
Things you need
  1. a tin with soft plastic lid (any size of your choice).
  2. 2 prints of 1 dollar note image.
  3. paper gum.
  4. scissors ,precision blade ,pencil ,eraser.

PROCEDURE :

First of all brows the internet to find a free image of US dollar and take 2 print outs of the image ,arrange the size of the print outs according to the size of your container .

the width of the dollar image should be equal to the width of the tin ,now cut out the print with scissors .

the length of the image will not be able to cover the tin so cut an extra piece out from the other print and stick it with the full dollar print to increase the length.

brush paper glue all over the tin evenly and stick the print to the tin and let it dry

now place the lid over the portrait on the dollar print and mark a circle around the lid and cut it out .

stick it on the lid firmly with glue and mark a slit on the side for the coins

cut out the slit with the precision bade carefully ......................All done your free Money box is ready

Tips
:
  1. you can also take a colored print out to make it look even better.
  2. you may stick a few penises here and there to add a more interesting look.
  3. Don't cut out the slit in the lid and fill the tin with chocolate coins and give it as a gift to some one special .......... as always be creative.
NOTICE:
Please dont use the Dollar image (found from the internet) for any illegal or unethical purpose
